Alejandro Couce

Founder

In a few words: he enjoys helping companies to move to the next level with a “game changer” team. He is a wine lover & enjoys sharing the best wines to celebrate memorable moments of his professional and personal life.
With +30 years in the Information Technology & Consulting Business, he makes a difference in whatever he undertakes. He is a passionate & enthusiastic perfectionist who believes in excellence, hands-on with visionary leadership style.

He has been a Spokesperson/PR management and speaker, from small audiences up to 10,000 people. He is a “Trainer of trainers” in presentation skills, consulting, sales & motivational speaking. He has managed teams & closed deals in Spain, Germany, Ireland & England, USA travelling to 64 countries over 5 continents.
He is a co-author of the books: Management in the XXI Century (Granica,1999) & The e-client (Private sponsored by Telefonica from Spain, 2000).

Graziela Padoin

Co-founder

In a few words, Graziela enjoys life and her purpose is to see everybody happy.
She is an expert in High Impact Therapies and with that she helps everyone in need to heal the spirits to get to a better quality of life.
She is a wine lover & a globetrotter. For over two decades she helped destinations around the Americas grow their tourism and meetings businesses, supporting private companies and governmental organizations expand their markets, evaluate their core products and enhance their performance for organizations like UNESCO, EMBRATUR, Argentina’s Ministry of Tourism, Destinations International, Simpleview, GainingEdge, Parque das Aves, SEBRAE and several destinations – including Foz do Iguaçu, Belo Horizonte, Gramado and Porto Alegre/Brazil, Mendoza/Argentina, Medellín/Colombia, Lima/Peru and Houston.
She is a specialist in innovation, best practices and industry trends, she has coordinated trade shows, benchmarking and business missions in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Finland, Italy, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the U.S.A.
She is the co-author of a Destination Marketing book and she was the first Latin American to be Certified Destination Marketing Executive.

Pablo Martorell

Winemaker

Pablo Martorell works as Winemaker for the The Vines of Mendoza, he is young, but already heavily awarded from Wine Advocate and Wine Enthusiast for The Vines’ Recuerdo Wines. Born and raised in Tunuyán, Mendoza, he has worked at some of the most important wineries in Mendoza, including Bodega Nieto Senetiner, Catena Zapata, Trivento and Bodega Flecha de los Andes, under the esteemed Michel Rolland’s tutelage. He has also worked in wineries internationally. In 2006, he worked with Chateau de Lauret in Pomerol, Bordeaux, and in 2007, for Chateau Peyre Lebade and Chateau Clarke in Medoc, Bordeaux, both part of the Rothschild Group. In 2009, he worked for Napa Wine Company in California.

Mariana Onofri

Wine Director

Mariana Onofri works as Wine Director for The Vines of Mendoza overseeing all winemaking plans and customized wine design. This includes overseeing blending sessions and barrel tastings. Prior to The Vines she worked at Chateau La Violette in Pomerol, Bordeaux, France, and has been in Sommelier in La Bourgogne in Punta Del Este Uruguay. She also did winemaking internships in Napa and France.

Andrés Rodríguez

Agronomy Manager

Andres has been working in vineyards and doing farming work since 2013, working in vineyards in Chile and in several wineries in Mendoza. In 2014, he worked for the highly traditional Bodega Los Toneles, and then in the 2015 and 2016 harvests he was part of Michel Rolland’s team, both in their laboratory in Mendoza and consulting for their vineyard clients.

Since 2018 he has been the Director of Agronomy at The Vines of Mendoza, where he is in charge of the production of the highest quality fruit, together with the logistics and sale of the farm’s grapes to the most important wineries in Mendoza. Through his career as an agronomist, he developed a great vocation and passion for sustainable and environmentally friendly production, and since 2019 he has been working with our team on the implementation of GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) and on the 100% Organic Production certification for 2025. He is also currently completing a master’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology.
